The Leaves page now takes every kind of entry the model admits: writing alone, a picture alone, or both - with a title, caption, provenance, note, destination, and Project each optional.
A Leaf with no picture is sewn rather than padded: the empty cell carries the seam, the same stitch the mark is drawn from.
